Track - You decide?

   Hey guys!

So on Friday, I had a Track Meet against a very, very faast towwn!!! Well anyway, as you know I go in first heat because I am cool like that ( just kidding. it's because Im fast! ) and I was versing these girls a grade or two ahead of me. When the gun shot * cue gun shooting sound * I ran like a gazelle that got slapped on the butt. ( lol ) So for the first like 2 seconds I was running, I was in first. Then BAAAAAAM  this older girl is in front of me. There isn't that big of a gap in between us but she is clearly in front of me. To just tell you what I ended up getting I got....: SECOND PLACE! Yay mee! I wish I did better but hey, it's a sport. My time was 9.4 ( bad, yes I know ) and the first place time was 9 flat. So only a .4 difference.

Just thought I should let you know how my meet was.

Also... GUEESSSS WHHHHHAAAAAAAAT?

I am in the County Track meet for the 60 m. So basically what that is is all the school in my county pick their fastest boys and girls for each event. ( they usually only pick seventh and eighth graders ) I got chosen AGAAINN like last year for 60m. I am hoping to go to the county meet for all they years I am in middle school. So yay for me!!! Wish me luck for that and my future track meets! HOORAAY!

So anyway, do you think I did good? Yes or no?

SO SO SORRY!

I haven't been on this blog or my other one. Hopefully I didn't miss anything. I have been checking out Pinky's blog. PROJECT POST-IT ANYONE? Anyways getting off topic but.. I HEAR THE ICE CREAM TRUCK!!!! I like ice cream. haha. i have the hiccups as well. Well, gunna go do my Riverdance report. UGH. Hopefully there will be enough time left at night to update my fashion blog!!

Busy, busy weekend.

   My weekend was filled of family, laughter and FOOD! Tons and tons of FOOD! So basically the only free time i've had this weekend was on Friday after school and 5:00 - 10:00 on Saturday and Sunday! So let me explain.

  On Saturday was my little cousins communion! i didn't go to the mass because it was too early for my family. ( we aren't the early-bird kind of people. ) So they had the party at their country club where we scarfed down food and desert like animals! I swear I gained at least 3 pounds from that night! Well besides the food part, I got to see my family that lives an hour or so away and we talked and caught up with one another! As well as my little cousins communion day, It was my grandma's birthday. ( nice Cinco de Mayo, don't you think? ) We unfortunately didn't sing happy birthday but we saved that for another SPECIAL day! Alrighty. Now time for t what I did TODAAAYY!

  On Sunday ( today ), we went to a nice Italian restaurant by the beach and my whole family wasn't just there to eat, we were there to have a surprise 70th birthday party for my grandma! It was great! She was completely shocked. After diner the grandchildren ( and I, duh ) went to the beach and played an amazing game of tag! So nothing much to say other than, IT WAS A GOOD DAY AND WEEKEND! OK Byee!

NICOLE IS ANGRY! *HULK SMASH*

   As many of you can tell, I am angry. Wait sorry, VERY angry!

So as I said in my last post, I LIVE for track and I would never stop running even if that means getting consistent cramps. Well anyway, I was at my second track meet in a town that I cannot name and what do you know, I WAS SUPPOSED TO RUN A FRICKEN DIRT TRACK! I was like, "OHHH NO. I AM NOT RUNNING ON THIS! If you guys have never ran on a dirt track, your lucky. It's hard to run on. I mean, NICOLE DOES NOT GET THIRD PLACE TEICE IN ONE DAY! ( btw, I didn't wuss out this time and I did the 100 m ) So this is what happened:

 All the eighth graders but ME ( the girlie in my grade ) in the first heat. ( heat means the first runners. ) So there I am in the second slot next to this HUGE EIGTH GRADER and this other HUGE EIGHTH GRADER and then three other kids about the same size as me. (BTW I AM LIKE 5 1') My dad claims I got a bad start which is why I got in third. That was my second time getting in third EVER! Anyway, I did the 100 m next. Again, I was first in the heat :( Now, what do you know. It's only 6 people in the race. Me, and those two HUGE EIGTH GRADE GIRLS and again 3 other girls about the same size as me. We RUN! Again, i GET THIRD PLACE! nuh-uh that don't happen to me!

Anyway, I hope you agree with me that I should be angry about his!
